From Order to Delivery.. Its that Simple !

I understand you may still have questions, so let me explain..

Step 1 : Find Clothes

Our products are made with 100% love and care, from the clothing you can’t seem to part with, but rather than letting these items sit in the attic or stored away in a cupboard, why not get a fabulous keepsake made to honour the person who’s clothing it was made from.

We request you to send us a minimum of 4 set of clothes. 

Step 2 : Choose Keepsake Online

Choose the product from one of our categories, they are listed under our shop menu, You can choose from Keepsake, Memory, Weighted or Babygro products. And place your order online.

During the ordering process you are provided with set of question and selections to customize the product, we advice you to provide us as much details possible, and should you get stuck with any question then please use the quick chat on the page so we can help you right away.

Step 3 : Post Your Items To Us

The next step is to post your items to us. We advice you to pack your clothing in a plastic wrap or bag before you put them into the main packing for shipping. You never know when it rains over here and the last thing you want is your clothes getting wet during transit.

Majority or our customers prefer to send us their clothes by AnPost. We advice you to register your shippment as the clothes you may send are irreplacable, at least you have an option to track your parcel in situations if your shippment goes missing. We at Prettykeepsake also provide tracked collection service, you will come accross this option during your online ordering process.

The shipping address will be included in the order confirmation email that you will receive follwing your order.

Step 4 : Sewing Begins

We will notify you as soon as we recieve your clothes. Before we begin to sew we go thorugh the clothes you sent to determing the fabric suitability, If we are happy with the quality, your clothes are put in the production queue, We will inform you of the compeltion date prior to sewing.

We understand that sometimes you may require your products produced and delivered by a specific time, in such cases we encourage you to communicate with us and we may consider your request subject you have a genuine reason. Please bear in mind that there may be additional charge imposed for quick processing, this is solely so keep things fair. In such cases we will communicate with you in advance.

Step 4 : We Post Your Keepsake

Prior to shipping we check your keepsake product for quality. We only class the producte as worthy for dispatch when we are 100% satisfied with the quality of work. As it is hand sewen not every product comes out exactly the same as advertsied on our website, we expect to have minor inconsisencies and we believe those inconsistencies are what makes our products unique and beautiful. The very reason we say its ‘hand made’.

We tend to ship your keepsake products withing 24 hours of it being ready. You will receive an email from us with your shippment tracking and expected delivery date. 

Should you required change of shipping address we advice you to provide us with such details before your products are dispatched. However, we understand sometimes you may have to change a delivery address after its dispatched from our warehouse, such cases we usually do not have much of a control over the delivery but we will do everything within our capacity to facilitate your requeist. 

Step 5 : You Receive Your Keepsake

At this stage you must have received your lovely keepsake product. If any issues or should you require furhter customization then please let us know by clicking the chat button on this page, and we be pleased to help.
